Embark on single-track service in Germany with the Maintalbahn, characterised by slower running & passing loops for oncoming traffic. Between the passenger action of Aschaffenburg and Miltenberg, run freight from local industries and the Main River port. Many lines still use diesel power, and since the turn of the century, the DB BR 642 has been a common sight; a 2-car DMU designed to be operated on rural routes, featuring innovative low floor design and shared bogie characteristics, making it accessible and comfortable. Alongside the railcar is the BR 363 shunter, rolling along with wagons in-tow to deliver all manner of goods. Stick to the timetable and keep the single-track line running smoothly, take on the task of refuelling the local diesels, and run efficiently so you don’t run out yourself! Explore the rails from old and new traction alike with Maintalbahn for Train Sim World 4.
